Tidy Team
Ashley Guess, CPA, CFP®
Founder
During my professional career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), I came to appreciate that some clients need and want nothing more than having a knowledgeable person help them take control of their financial affairs and assist them with personal administrative tasks. The need was highlighted after years of receiving tax information in unopened envelopes, shoeboxes, and with comments asking, "Is this important?" This was especially true when the spouse who handled all the financial affairs passed and the other spouse struggled to get started on his or her own. While most people dread paying bills and handling administrative tasks, I find the sense of completion to be quite satisfying.
The goal of Financial Tidiness is to allow people to spend more time doing what they love and less time worrying about day-to-day financial pressures. Financial matters are intensely personal and require trust and comfort. Having your own personal business manager allows you to focus more of your attention on family, work, travel, and fulfilling personal goals. Financial Tidiness empowers seniors and helps them to maintain their financial independence and to never feel like a burden to others. Whether you are just starting a family, caring for adult parents and children at the same time, starting a small business, in the middle of a divorce, or transitioning to senior living, Financial Tidiness will serve your specific needs in a way that is convenient for you.
I look forward to helping you achieve a tidy financial life.
